RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A deposit of 35% of the total amount of stay is required at the time of booking which is refundable, if cancellation is done more than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• In case of two daysÕ reservation, the cost of one day is required as a deposit.
• 75% of total stay is charged - if cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival.
• 100% of total stay is charged - if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
• 100% of total stay is charged for a NON SHOW or an earlier without prior notice departure.
• All transaction costs occurred, if any, will be charged to the client.

PET POLICY:
The hotel does not accept pets.

CHILDREN POLICY:
Free use of baby-cot for children up to 3 years of age.

EXTRA BED POLICY:
20% charged on the daily rate.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY:
Check in is at 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Check out time is at 12:00 (noon).

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS:
Three-four nightsÕ minimum stay depending on holiday dates.
